There are a wide variety of warm and clean units to meet the many different needs of guests.
All provide the comforts of home including full cooking facilities, comfortable beds and Sky television.
You can drive in off the road, cook your own food (if you wish), enjoy a relaxing evening and have a restful nights sleep.
Our studio units have a bedroom/living room with a double and a single bed as well as comfortable armchairs and television.
There is also a kitchen with full cooking facilities including a microwave as well as dining table and chairs.
These units are suitable for one to three people.
Our luxury bed/sit units are two beautifully converted bedrooms in the front section of our historic Dunedin Villa. (The rear section includes the manager's residence). Each unit has a bedroom with a queensized bed, comfortable sofa, and large sized television. There is a modern ensuite bathroom. Cooking facilities are limited to electric jug, toaster and refrigerator with crockery for two people- suitable for making supper or a simple breakfast. Each unit has independent access via the timber panelled entrance hall. These units are suitable for a single person or a couple.
The one-bedroom units have a bedroom with a queen sized bed and single bed.
The living room has dining table and chairs, comfortable seating as well as an extra bed.
There is a kitchenette attached to this room with full cooking facilities.
These units are suitable for two to four people.
If necessary an extra person can be catered for using the sofa bed.
Our two bedroom units have a King Size bed (that can be split to form two single beds) and a single bed in the main bedroom. There are two single beds in the second bedroom.
The lounge has a sofa and armchairs as well as dining table and an extra single bed.
There is a kitchen attached to this room with full cooking facilities.
These units are suitable for three to six people.
The use of the sofa bed and rollaway beds caters for any extras.
We have a three-bedroom unit that is more like a small house than a motel unit.
Besides the double and two twin bedrooms there is a large lounge and a kitchen/dining room.
The bathroom has a bath as well as a shower.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
The unit has its own laundry.
All units have their own bathrooms with toilet, shower and hand-basins. There is a guest laundry. All rooms have their own phones.
